When your request is available you will be alerted via your university e-mail account.

You have seven days to collect your reserved items from the Click and Collect shelves.

Click and Collect shelves are located at:

• Library Core (formerly Ashley 1 lecture theatres)
• Library Catalyst (ground floor area to the right of the reception desk)
• Library Creative (ground floor of Blackstone accessible through Cadman)
• Library Centre for Health Innovation (Blackheath Lane, Stafford)

Remember you will need to have your student card with you to check the book out on the self issue machines.  

To locate your book on the hold shelf, look under your surname and initial then the last four digits of your student card number.
