How do I log in to my library account?

Answer

1. Go to the Finding resources web page or use the Library tile in the Beacon app.

2. Click on the Your Library Account link.

3. If you are a current student or member of staff, please choose the Staffs Uni Login Credentials link:

4. All other users will need to choose the Other Users sign in link.

5. Students and Staff - login with your University username and password using the following format:

Students: a123456b@student.staffs.ac.uk
Staff: abc1@staff.staffs.ac.uk

6. Other Users - login with your User ID (library card barcode number) and password

7. If you are still having problems accessing your account after following this option, please contact s tudentconnect@staffs.ac.uk and include the following information in your email:

Confirmation you have tried the above steps
Screen shot of any error message you are getting
Your username
Best email address for us to respond to

Remember, the more information you send us, the quicker we can resolve the problem

We will then investigate and try to resolve the issue for you.
