When does the library eHelpDesk close?

The details of when our e-helpdesk (email and online chat) is available can be found on the Opening hours of our Libraries web page.  ​Our opening times can change during vacation and on bank holidays, so please check for the latest information.

If you need an immediate response you can get in touch with us during staffed opening times using our online chat.
