What happens when a library book is late?

Answer

There will be a charge of £1.00 per day for any items not returned by the due date after being recalled.

Any items not returned after 28 days will be considered as lost and an invoice will be sent to you - your Library account will also be suspended.  If you still have the book and can return it, the invoice will then be cancelled and your account cleared.

Please keep an eye on your Library Account and student email because we send courtesy reminders for recalled items.
