Q. What are transferable skills?
While studying at University, you may become an expert in your chosen subject. But whatever course you choose to study, you will also find that you will need develop a range of transferable skills. These skills help you to pass your assignments but also equip you for the workplace.
Skills required include:-
- Communication skills (written, presentation and non verbal), time management, organisation, researching, social networking, critical thinking, decision making, overcoming obstacles, self motivation, confidence, teamwork, and problem solving.
