Answer

The process of reflection can at first seem complicated but if you use a Reflective Model, this will help you to understand the sections required and what information should be presented.

All reflection requires an experience/thought/feeling, an analysis (linked to research) to compare with expected outcomes/guidelines and concludes with future actions in order to improve.
