When you receive this type of feedback it usually means that you use too many words explaining an issue or event or providing a narrative.  In order to achieve higher marks you will need to demonstrate a wider range of skills and understanding including: critical thinking by using techniques like comparing and contrasting, presenting differing view points, or by acknowledging the strengths and weaknesses of any resources used.
