Q. Where can I get help with IT?

Answer

For students there is always help on hand for IT queries at the Thompson Library (Stoke) and Blackheath Lane (Stafford).  The staff will offer support on a wide range of queries including help with logging on to the computers, using email, saving work, printing, using the Internet, connecting to the University’s residential network, and using Microsoft Office® applications, e.g. Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Access® and Outlook®.

We'll also do our best to help with queries on more specialised subject packages, but if we cannot assist you to the level you require, your tutor or course leader will be able to provide further assistance and advice.
