Where can I get help with OSCOLA referencing?

Answer

The OSCOLA (Oxford University Standard for Citation Of Legal Authorities) style of referencing is designed to facilitate the accurate citation of authorities, legislation, and other legal materials. It is widely used in law schools and by journal and book publishers in the UK and beyond.  At Staffordshire University this style of referencing is only used within the Law School.

Find out how to reference items using OSCOLA style at Cite Them Right.

You will find everything you need to know about referencing on our RefZone pages, and you may also find our copyright guidance useful.
