When you have been notified that a book you requested has been returned you can collect it from the 'hold' shelves near to the Customer Services desks in which ever library you asked for the book to be delivered to. 

Boos are arranged on the 'hold' shelves in the following order:

  • First letter of your surname/family name
  • First letter of your first name
  • First four digits of your username

Books will be kept for up to one week after your were notified it was available.  After this time the book will be returned to the shelves for other students to use.
