lynda.com is an online library of video-based training courses that cover software topics and business skills training. These range from commonly used software such as Microsoft Office to specialised applications in areas such as photography, web applications, audio and video, as well as more general topics such as collaboration, presentations and project management.

The tutorials cover both Windows PCs and Apple software and are available for both beginners and more advanced users.

For many of the courses there are also exercise files to download to practice what is covered in the videos

You can access lynda.com via this link: lynda.com

There are also links from the Library Resources web page and the A-Z index.

It is important that you get to the lynda.com site through one of these methods to ensure that you are recognised as a member of Staffordshire University.  If you just search for lynda.com on the web and link to it from the search results it will not recognise you and you will not have access to all the training material.
